Casa V sleeps 18 people comfortably and offers two ottomans, should the need for extra sleeping accommodation arise (on request). Complete with marble pool terrace, Casa Varnishkes is sure to deliver as the perfect setting for any occasion, overlooking the beautiful turquoise waters of the Caicos Banks, or under a tent on the tennis court.
Only steps away from the villa is an almost private sandy beach, where guests can enjoy a swim with family or friends, snorkel the clear blue water or bask in the warm Caribbean sun. If you would rather stay within the grounds of the property, one could simply relax on one of the terraces or porches, taking in the magnificent panoramic view of Long Bay along with a stunning sunset or a breathtaking sunrise.
The 7,000 square feet property is built on 2.5 acres and includes all the amenities one would expect from such a distinctive property as Casa Varnishkes. The beachfront main house has a large marble pool pavilion, a 40’ freshwater pool, covered outdoor dining, seating for up to 20 guests, an adjoining outdoor bar, BBQ, media room, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, a modern office with computer and printer, air-conditioned kitchen and media room, as well as magnificent en-suite bedrooms with private terraces overlooking the ocean. Also included with one of these bedrooms is an attached sitting room with a pullout sofa bed and TV.
Next to the main house is the new Guest House, complete with an additional 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living-dining and kitchenette, separate laundry room, and covered patios which overlook the ocean.
From the easily accessed, illuminated pool, with in-water seating, to the comfortable lounge chairs; from the green granite-topped outdoor bar/kitchen/BBQ with seating for 10, to the poolside powder and laundry room; from the beachfront, glass block sculpted, open-air shower, to the many outdoor dining possibilities, you will quickly appreciate that no detail has been overlooked.
One just needs to select a bedroom (Main or Guest House), unpack, put on a bathing suit, log onto our Sonos Sound System to crank up your favourite music, and begin to enjoy all the amenities that Casa V has to offer.
Your eyes will be drawn to the bright green and blue, fenced and lit tennis court, ready for daytime or nighttime play. Adjacent to the court stands the fitness studio, mirrored and air-conditioned for your comfort, as well as the adjoining thatched-roof palapa, with its patterned travertine floor, granite-topped bar, refrigerator, lights, fan, and ample shaded seating for guests to relax and enjoy a cold drink while watching the action on the court. With a location of only 20 minutes from the airport, 12 minutes from various resorts, restaurants, and shopping, and 15 minutes from the golf course, it is such a convenient location, but at the same time, the villa itself gives a sense of complete calm and tranquillity in such a beautiful part of the world.
