At Tropical Island Rentals should you submit an enquiry, send a direct email, or call us, we will hold the information collected.  However, we will only use it to inform you of offers or general marketing material. As your privacy is important to us, we do not disclose your details to any third party. The only occasion this may differ is if we need to pass on your details to the local house managers in Barbados. This is only the case when you have confirmed a booking at one of our Barbados holiday rentals.

We take full responsibility for ensuring that proper security measures are in place to protect your information. When making a booking, your information must be passed on to the relevant suppliers of your travel arrangements.  These include local house managers, airport transfer, and car rental companies. The information may also be provided to security or credit checking companies or public authorities (such as customs/immigration). This is only if required by them or as required by law. Additionally, as your holiday rental is outside of the European Economic Area (EEA), the controls on data protection in Barbados may not be as strong as the legal requirements in the UK. We will not, however, pass any information on to any person not responsible for part of your holiday arrangements.

If you wish to opt-out of receiving any future email correspondence from Tropical Island Rentals, you can unsubscribe by sending us an email with ‘No further emails’ in either the subject box and/or the main message section.
