If you would rather stay within the grounds of the property, one could simply just relax on one of the terraces or porches-taking in the magnificent panoramic view of Long Bay along with a stunning sunset or a breath-taking sunrise.
The 7,000 square feet property is built on 2.5 acres and includes all the amenities one would expect from such a distinctive property as Casa Varnishkes. The beachfront main house has a large marble pool pavilion, a 40’ freshwater pool, covered outdoor dining, seating for up to 20 guests, adjoining outdoor bar, BBQ, media room, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, a modern office with computer and printer, full air conditioning and magnificent en-suite bedrooms with private terraces overlooking the ocean. Also included with one of these bedrooms is an attached sitting room with a pull-out sofa bed and TV.
Next to the main house is the new Guest House, complete with an additional 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living-dining and kitchenette, separate laundry room, and covered patios that overlook the ocean.
The newly built tennis pavilion only adds to this Turks and Caicos villa rental. It features an all-weather court and lighting so guests can enjoy a night-time game. It is also complete with a well-equipped tiki bar including a bar fridge and sink. It is equipped with outdoor furnishings and a fitness room which also has a sofa and full bathroom.
