Some of the Caribbean’s finest restaurants are also located nearby, as are both the Sandy Lane and Royal Westmoreland golf courses. Convenient amenities at Reeds House, such as sun beds and umbrellas on the beach, car parking and 24-hour security personnel, all help our guests enjoy a vacation of a lifetime in Barbados.

Reeds House Penthouse 12 is a luxurious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo, offering spectacular panoramic views of the beach and sea from every room. Furnished in an elegant Caribbean style, it comfortably accommodates 6 people. Each well-appointed bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom, as well as air conditioning and a ceiling fan to ensure a perfect night’s sleep.

On the main level, a well-equipped kitchen opens onto the living room, where you can relax, watch TV, listen to music, or enjoy the incredible view of the sea and the soothing sound of the gentle waves. The master bedroom, with its own private terrace overlooking the beach and sea, benefits from a spacious ensuite bathroom featuring a large corner bath, separate shower, and double vanity unit with marble fittings. The second air-conditioned bedroom, with its generous ensuite shower room, offers the option of either a king bed or twin beds and also has a lovely sea view. A covered terrace area leading off the living room provides the perfect location for casual dining while enjoying the landscaped gardens and swaying palm trees.

The upper level of the penthouse is nothing short of breathtaking, boasting a truly magnificent private roof terrace that overlooks the beach and sea. This huge outdoor entertaining space, with its beautiful exotic plants, offers a vast sun deck furnished with comfortable sun beds and chairs, as well as a spacious covered dining area with an outdoor kitchen, ideal for enjoying tranquil evening meals. A private 6-person jacuzzi spa pool with exquisite sea views provides the perfect opportunity to cool off or enjoy the incredible West coast sunsets with a glass of champagne.

Also located on the upper floor, is the delightful third air-conditioned bedroom, with its king bed, ensuite shower room, and superb rooftop sea views.

Your rental includes the services of a cook/housekeeper service who will prepare 2 consecutive meals per day, 6 days per week.

Reeds House Penthouse 12 is a beachfront holiday rental. It should be noted that beaches change their shape and size from day to day, week to week, and month to month, mainly as a response to seasonal waves, currents, and tides. Every effort has been made to depict the beach in front of this property, but temporary changes may occur.

    As our wonderful stay in Barbados, Reeds House draws to a close I thought I might drop you a note of appreciation for the ‘staff’ interaction we have experienced here in Reeds House Mark our janitor has been so helpful - nothing was a bother to him- and without his patient assistance the WC problem could have spiralled out of control Lisa here on the desk also was extremely helpful Sasha looked after us in an exemplary fashion Nothing we requested was a problem and she worked to our timetable and schedule to the letter Her work was diligent and effective and all our food preparation and delivery was spot on Thanks Judy- to you and your team.

    Our stay at Reeds was great and the top bedroom at 12 had the most stunning views to wake up to. Brilliant location and close to everything and possibly the best beach (Thunder Bay) we have seen in Barbados with no drop off so perfect for swimming.
