Each bedroom is air-conditioned with the master enjoying an en-suite; while two other bedrooms also on the upper floor share a bathroom.  The ground-floor bedroom has its own bathroom, which also acts as a powder room, providing privacy and comfort for all guests.

Guests staying at 149 Salters Sandy Lane will have access to the Sandy Lane Property Owners Beach Club which is a 15-minute walk away or a 3-minute drive.  There is also the Sandy Lane ‘Old Nine’ golf course a short walk away

Your rental includes the services of a housekeeper 6 days per week. A cook can be arranged for an additional cost.

    Rental rates are subject to a 10% Government Accommodation Levy plus a 2.5% Service Fee.

    We stayed at 149 Salters Road for two weeks in July 2023. There was plenty of space at this beautiful home for our family of six. Our boys enjoyed the pool and outdoor spaces. We dined comfortably in the dining room as well as on the covered patio. Plenty of spaces to relax and socialize. The garden and grounds had the feel of a peaceful and relaxing retreat. The bedrooms were extremely comfortable. The added luxury of having a housekeeper made our stay even better. 149 Salters Road is located close to Sandy Lane beach, one the best beaches in Barbados. We enjoyed access to the Sandy Lane Beach Club and all of the associated amenities. It would be hard to find a more beautiful property in a more perfect location. We will definitely return!
