Bajan Heights is a five-bedroom executive villa perched on a ridge overlooking Barbados’ West Coast. It seamlessly blends modern finishes with classic island chic, offering spacious living spaces with high ceilings and cool coral stone interiors.
The living room features arched doorways that open to a breezy verandah with multiple seating areas. Steps lead to the pool deck and tropical gardens. The formal dining area, seating 10, offers al fresco dining with understated elegance. The pool deck, complete with a wet bar and powder room, provides ideal spaces for entertaining, with sun loungers and dining areas beneath palm trees.
A guest cottage boasts a private patio, a king-sized bed, and an en-suite bathroom—ideal for visitors or family members. On the ground floor, another guest bedroom with a king-sized bed opens onto the verandah.
The state-of-the-art kitchen features marble countertops and a breakfast bar. The resident cook can whip up island cuisine while you enjoy the views and island activities.
The first floor hosts three bedrooms. The master suite, with a king-sized bed, offers a private patio with views of the pool and coastline. The second and third bedrooms each have en-suite bathrooms and private patios.

Situated in the Royal Westmoreland community, it is equally close to the bustling Holetown with its restaurants and nightlife and the laid-back Speightstown with seaside dining, beach bars, art museums, and more.
Your villa rental includes a housekeeper service 6 days per week, plus access to the beach facility at The Fairmont Royal Pavilion, which is a short drive away from the property.

No Membership (No Facilities)
Properties without Membership at Royal Westmoreland provide access to the villa via the resort, but it does not include use of the resort’s communal amenities.
Guests staying in these properties will not have access to facilities such as the communal swimming pool, The Sanctuary, The Clubhouse, The Rum Shack, fitness centre, tennis, pickleball and padel courts, the Beach Club, shuttle service, or golf. However, limited access may be available through Visitor Golf (see below for details).
Visitor Golf
Guests staying in a villa without Golf Membership, including those with No Membership or Social Membership, are welcome to enjoy golf at Royal Westmoreland on a pay-to-play basis.
Tee times are available daily between 10:30am and 11:00am, offering a convenient opportunity to experience the course during your stay.
This Royal Westmoreland villa DOES NOT permit the use of Riemann P20 Sunscreen, as it damages towels and fabrics.
