We kindly ask guests not to use Riemann P20 sunscreen at the property. This product can cause permanent damage to towels, linens, and fabrics—often only visible after laundering. Guests are responsible for checking their sunscreen ingredients. Charges will apply for damaged items: up to USD $50 per towel and up to USD $300 per sheet or coverlet.
Belair is a beachfront holiday rental. It should be noted that beaches change their shape and size from day to day, week to week, and month to month, mainly as a response to seasonal waves, currents, and tides. Every effort has been made to depict the beach in front of this property, but due to sand deposition and erosion, changes may occur, including a narrower beach and more visible rocks.
