Tropical Island Rentals would like to introduce Church Point 4.  Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac adjacent to the historic St. James church yet minutes away from popular Holetown, this charming three-bedroom beachfront holiday rental is the perfect hideaway here on the gorgeous West Coast of Barbados.

Palms and other exotic fauna frame the entrance that opens up into a spacious dining room and leads directly to the sunken open-plan living area. A smaller breakfast area and newly installed bar expand the room and make it ideal for entertaining, while large French doors open out onto a cool clay tile-covered terrace and the lovely landscaped gardens beyond.

The two bedrooms in the main bungalow-style house are accessed from a cozy wooden stairway and are both bright, with lovely wooden vaulted ceilings, A/C and lots of closet space. Large doors open to a joint balcony that overlooks the lush tropical garden and the Caribbean Sea. The property is fully furnished and has been decorated with a blend of West Indian art mixed with traditional and modern furniture.

A separate guest cottage is accessible from the main patio (though it also has private access through the gardens at the side of the property) and features a studio bedroom, small kitchenette, bar, and living/dining space as well as its own private patio.

A small garden pathway leads directly onto the beach. The famous Folkstone Marine Park is a short walk along the new boardwalk to the south and features plenty of opportunity for snorkelling, while directly in front is a small bay ideal for morning dips or just a great spot to watch the sun go down.

This lovely beachfront property offers quiet privacy and yet is only minutes from five-star dining, shopping, nightlife, the popular Limegrove Centre and other amenities of Holetown. One of our recommended restaurants and bars close to Church Point 4 is The Bearded Rose.

Please note from the villa you can walk beachside south down to Holetown and also north along the front of Coral Reef Hotel and up to Colony Club Hotel.

Church Point 4 is a beachfront holiday rental. It should be noted that beaches change their shape and size from day to day, week to week, and month to month, mainly as a response to seasonal waves, currents and tides. Every effort has been made to depict the beach in front of this property, but temporary changes may occur.

    Perfect in every way! First time to Barbados and this villa and staff made our vacation memorable! What you see in the pictures is exactly what you will meet in person. We stayed a short 7 days. Carlotta and Natalie are the two ladies that ensure you and your family are comfortable and well-fed with the most delicious meals served with elegance and love. We ate all meals outside under the covered patio. The beach is literally steps away from the house, this is where we spent most of the day. We walked the beach and realized that this house sits in front of the BEST spot along the beach! Walker-bys can't help but peek through the gate (LOL). We gathered on the lounges in the evenings where we played games and enjoyed conversations. There's a lot of games and movies to choose from if you want to stay indoors. The second floor has a great view of the ocean and an ideal spot for morning coffee. What you don't see here is that this place is well cared for, on a daily by a friendly housekeeper, a chef who can make any meal 10 times better than expected, security guards who aren't intrusive and dedicated landscapers who keep the grounds in top shape. You truly feel that the layout, furniture placement and decor was well thought out to extend a relaxing getaway vibe. During our visit, we were already planning our return!
