It is a couple of minutes’ drive down Crick Hill to the Lone Star Restaurant. One of many superb restaurants on the West Coast.
This Royal Westmoreland villa rental offers 6,000 square feet of living and entertainment space. It has been newly and elegantly refurbished and offers five spacious ensuite bedrooms and three reception rooms, all with flat-screen televisions. There is air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. The house has its own private pool, with a 25-meter communal pool and children’s paddling pool set nearby in the communal grounds, with their immaculately maintained rolling lawns and indigenous plants.
As you approach Coral House you walk past a mosaic water feature and enter the house through a porch to a beautiful coral-stone cloister hallway. The hallway, with its conversational art pieces, leads to the east and west wings of the house.
From the entrance hall, stairs lead up to the modern, spacious, and fully equipped kitchen situated in the west wing. This abuts a large living area with sofas, a Samsung Frame television, a portable Sonos entertainment system, and a dining table. The kitchen area leads out onto a covered terrace which is furnished for outdoor dining and overlooks the private pool deck and the communal grounds (softly illuminated at night). On this level, there is a second spacious living area (30’ x 30’) in the east wing, equipped with Sonos and a 75” Samsung Frame Television, perfect for families or large parties (there are numerous games of chance and skill in the drawers of the side tables). There is access to a further covered terrace with views of the sea and comfortable seating for quiet relaxation.
The master bedroom and the second bedroom are situated on the ground floor of the east wing. Both are spacious suites with king-size beds, large bathrooms with a shower, a free-standing bath, and double vanity units (the master bathroom has a beautiful marble book-matched wall). Each bedroom suite has a sitting area with French doors leading out to the pool deck. A third bedroom, situated on the ground floor of the west wing, has a king-size bed with an ensuite bathroom housing a shower, free-standing bath, and double vanity units. The fourth and fifth bedrooms are situated off the entrance hall. Both bedrooms are roomy with two twin beds which can be made into a king-size bed if necessary. The bedrooms have walk-in closets and the ensuite bathrooms have rain showers and double vanity units. All of Coral House’s bedrooms have their own televisions. The master bedroom has a portable Sonos.
The 30’ private pool is accessed via a well-appointed bar lounge in the west wing, which has a sofa for relaxing out of the sun and a further Samsung Frame television and portable Sonos. Behind the bar, there is a pool shower. The bar lounge opens onto a spacious, covered outdoor lounge and from there on to the pool deck with numerous sunbeds, recliners, umbrellas, and a further dining table (there is also an outdoor barbecue).
There are in all three dining tables (set for eight persons), situated in the kitchen area (inside), on the west wing terrace (undercover), and on the pool deck (large umbrella). There is a separate utility room with a washing machine and dryer. The televisions in the three reception rooms receive many foreign television stations, including sports channels.
By staying at Coral House you have access to the Royal Westmoreland spa, gym, the renowned golf course plus access to the exclusive Royal Westmoreland Beach Club which is located at Mullins Beach. The beach is a short drive away.
The property is perfect for large parties and those seeking a calm Caribbean holiday. The design and spaciousness of the property mean that there is always a peaceful and private sitting area to read and relax.
Your Royal Westmoreland villa rental includes the services of a housekeeper from Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
Both 3 and 4-bedroom rates are available for those groups that do not require the use of all 5 bedrooms. Please contact us for discounted rates.
NOTE: Not yet implemented but Royal Westmoreland may bring in a US$10 daily per guest Resort Fee, payable at the Resort Registration Desk on the collection of your Resort Card. Without the Resort Card, you will be unable to use any of the facilities at Royal Westmoreland including the Beach Club. Please note children under the age of sixteen (16) will not require guest cards. Although not implemented it is just worth noting there is that possibility.
