All guests staying at Forest Hills 25 will receive access to the resort facilities (limited golf) plus access to the Royal Westmoreland Beach Club at Mullins Beach.
We kindly ask guests not to use Riemann P20 sunscreen at the property. This product can cause permanent damage to towels, linens, and fabrics—often only visible after laundering. Guests are responsible for checking their sunscreen ingredients. Charges will apply for damaged items: up to USD $50 per towel and up to USD $300 per sheet or coverlet.
Estate Amenity Fee – Effective May 1, 2026
Starting May 1, 2026, Royal Westmoreland will introduce a daily amenity fee of BBD $20 (US$10) per person for all guests staying on the estate. This fee is payable directly to Royal Westmoreland upon collection of resort passes.
Guests who choose not to use the resort facilities (including the beach club) may opt out of the fee. Please note, however, that partial or selective day access is not available—the amenity fee must be paid in full for the duration of your stay to enjoy access.
Please note that children under 16 years old are exempt from the daily amenity fee.
