The villa features two bedrooms on the upper level and one on the ground floor, along with a versatile bonus room that can be used as a home office or, upon request, as additional sleeping space — perfect for flexible living or remote working.
Designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, Kai’s interiors are warm and inviting, enhanced by subtle Caribbean touches that create a laid-back, welcoming atmosphere. Outside, a private plunge pool (approximately 4 ft 5 in deep) is set within a tranquil garden, surrounded by lush tropical greenery. A semi-covered patio provides the perfect spot for shaded lounging, quiet mornings, or relaxed evenings.
Although conveniently located near the main road, Kai has been thoughtfully designed to ensure a peaceful and restful stay. Combining privacy, charm, and easy beach access, it offers a wonderful retreat for those looking to experience the best of Barbados in a more relaxed setting.

Security, Safety & Smart Features: Alarm systems present, an intercom system that connects both villas, exterior cameras, all downstairs windows fitted with security bars, smart entry locks on front doors, JBL Bluetooth speaker and 1 large in-room safe in the master bedroom.
Important Note on Beach & Swimming:
While the beach in front of the property shifts naturally throughout the year, the sea directly in front is reef-protected year-round, making it ideal for snorkeling and enjoying marine life. Water shoes are recommended in these areas. If you prefer swimming on a sandy bottom, guests can simply stroll a short distance along the beach to the left or right of the property for clear, calm water.
