The two master bedrooms are on the third floor and feature private balconies, king-sized beds, dressing rooms, and marbled en-suite bathrooms each with a private tub and double rain showers. There is a shared living area with a large flat-screen television, a spacious breezy balcony, and a small kitchenette on this floor.
Six bedrooms can be found on the second floor each juxtaposed carefully to provide privacy with en-suite bathrooms and stunning views. Kiko is designed with family in mind and there are two bedrooms with three single beds, ideal for teenagers, a family-style unit side by side where young families can be close. There is a larger guest suite at each end of the floor with more privacy. A ‘garden’ guest room with external access is on the ground floor for travelling staff or security.
