On the upper level, there are four bedrooms, the family dining room, and a modern kitchen. The bedrooms consist of a master king-size suite and three twin bedrooms that can be converted to king bedrooms. All bedrooms are air-conditioned with ceiling fans and ensuite bathrooms. Wooden flooring and furniture add warmth to the spaces. An ocean-facing patio is an ideal place to watch a spectacular sunset after a relaxing soak in the giant master tub. The dining room with its hardwood floors, colonial-style furniture, and direct ocean views is simply gorgeous. If you are comfortable in the kitchen, it’s well-equipped and perfect for an intimate breakfast.

Downstairs is the fifth bedroom with a king-sized bed and spacious living area. The bedroom looks directly onto the garden and offers ease of access to the pool and privacy. The living area offers a pool table, day beds and also leads directly to the gardens and beautiful ocean views.

This Barbados vacation rental makes outdoor relaxation easy. There is a covered patio with loungers and a table for a light lunch. The splash pool can be your favourite spot or there is direct beach access to the calm waters of the Caribbean Sea with water sports and snorkeling if preferred. La Paloma is close to supermarkets, nightlife and shopping. It’s truly an authentic home away from home, perfect for large groups, families, and beach lovers.

    The Caribbean sea is right at your doorstep. The staff is awesome, the chef out did himself meal after meal. Plenty of room for hangout with upstairs and downstairs. This was our second stay and we will go back.

    This was our second stay in La Paloma after our last visit in January 2015. Candi is an amazing cook and we had so many delicious new meal experiences, all beautifully presented and tasting wonderful. The garden, looked after by Debra, is even more beautiful than the last time we visited and the house was kept spotlessly clean throughout our stay by the four friendly members of staff. We had the ground floor room opening onto the garden and it was lovely to wake after an amazing sleep to the sight of the early sun on the garden and the gentle sound of waves from the beach nearby. Breakfast on the huge balcony with our friends was a delight. Sometimes we had lunch and dinner on the balcony but with larger numbers, we ate in the huge dining room where the conversation (and alcohol for some!) flowed freely. We cannot recommend this property more highly.

    We’ve had another wonderful stay at La Paloma, following our first visit in January 2018. It really is the most fabulous place - a spacious and beautiful villa, set right on the beach, located near many of the island’s best bars and restaurants. The huge balcony area is the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or early evening cocktails, with a stunning view and the sound of the waves lapping on the shore. The design of the house gives you all your home comforts while also being in keeping with the traditional Barbadian style and design. The staff are all so friendly and accommodating, and we’re particularly grateful to the staff for all the lovely meals they made us during our stay. We stayed with friends, and we both have young children, who just loved playing in the garden and swimming in the pool.

    We loved La Paloma! The location, the house and all the staff were perfect...the meals were outstanding - Candy is an excellent cook with such a friendly personality and Michelle was so awesome. From the reservation staff, Julie (my concierge), Candy and Michelle the customer service was top notch! Julie was instrumental to preparing our stay at La Paloma and I really appreciated all her help! Thank you soooo much...you are the best!!

    Firstly I have to start by saying the pictures do not do the house justice, it is far more beautiful in person. We were 9 family members ranging in age from 6-70 and the layout/space of this house was perfect, tons of room!!! The location is spectacular, we could literally lie in our bed and see the ocean, and hear the constant soothing sound. One of the things we really enjoyed was being able to snorkel right there, as it is a coral reef we all saw sooo many different fish and just up a bit we always saw a turtle too. Water shoes, life jackets, snorkels, flippers - all sorts of things were at our disposal. The gardens were beautiful, we had humming birds, parrots, crabs, lizards to watch and even a monkey went by one day - so much fun for everyone. The pool is bigger than it looks too, the grand-kids enjoyed time in there also. Each night we sat and watched the beautiful sunset, such a treat!!! What truly made this a special, relaxing holiday was Candy our cook and Michelle the housekeeper. We did nothing - no grocery shopping, cooking, cleaning or laundry!!! Our meals were 5 star, and Candy's deserts were indescribably delicious. We always had platters of freshly cut fruit and veggies at the ready!!! Michelle managed to keep the place sand free and spotless even with 3 kids running in and out all the time. There is a grocery store and a great restaurant within a 5 minute walk. To the owners, thank you for sharing your stunning home, we left with a wealth of treasured memories!!!

    very special vacation could not have been more perfect. It was a joy spending time with the family. All staff at the villa, car hire, catamaran and more could not have been more efficient or friendly. Virtually every local we encountered, in shops, on the street, etc., were unfailingly friendly and kind. Most sincere thanks for helping us organize and carry out this joyous celebration.

    Paradise! This is a truly beautiful property. We have been lucky enough to stay in some wonderful villas around the world, but this is my favourite. Everything was perfect. The location, the view, the layout, the people. The main living area and 4 bedrooms are on the upper floor. There are two staircases to the lower floor. Both staircases can be closed securely to toddlers. This made for a much more relaxing time. All rooms were well designed and beautifully furnished. The bedrooms and downstairs family room are fully air conditioned. The rest of the house is cooled by the ocean breeze. There is access to the beach from the garden. The pool is shallow, perfect to cool down in and definitely perfect for the children. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances. The cooker was easy to use. That said, you might never use it if you ask Candy to cook for you. Michelle and Candy not only cleaned the house from top to bottom, daily But they also did all your washing and ironing! What a treat. There is an Italian restaurant and the Bikini Beach bar about a two minutes walk from the house. Restaurants, beautiful restaurants are available, with a view all around the island. The support, service and communication were tip top. This is a perfect villa in a perfect destination. I would highly recommend La Paloma.
