Bedrooms 2 and 3, also located on the ground floor share the second bathroom with Bedroom 2 offering a queen size bed and bedroom 3 offering two twin beds. The 4th bedroom; located on the entry level of the property, offers an en-suite bathroom and queen size bed.

Holetown and the nearest Beach are a short 6-minute drive. While in Holetown, you will have access to the shopping mall, supermarket, local arts and craft (souvenirs) and plenty of dining options to choose from.
Royal Westmoreland Golf Club is independent of the property estate and reserves the right to change club rules, including access to the course and tee times at their discretion.
Estate Amenity Fee – Effective May 1, 2026
Starting May 1, 2026, Royal Westmoreland will introduce a daily amenity fee of BBD $20 (US$10) per person for all guests staying on the estate. This fee is payable directly to Royal Westmoreland upon collection of resort passes.
Guests who choose not to use the resort facilities (including the beach club) may opt out of the fee. Please note, however, that partial or selective day access is not available—the amenity fee must be paid in full for the duration of your stay to enjoy access.
Please note that children under 16 years old are exempt from the daily amenity fee.
