Reeds House 10 is a two-bedroom condominium located on the first floor of a peaceful condo complex. It exudes a Mediterranean-style vibe and features a perfectly private bay, offering a serene and relaxing ambiance.

When you enter the apartment, you will find a cool coral stone foyer off the Barbados coast road. This meticulously finished apartment boasts an open-plan design that integrates breathtaking ocean views into every room, offering a seamless connection to the natural beauty of the surroundings. The entire space is fully air-conditioned for your comfort, and you can enjoy the spacious covered balcony and your private plunge pool while taking in the panoramic vista of the glistening waters below. You can also head to the beach to relax on sun loungers under the swaying coconut trees, surrounded by a tropical paradise.

Reeds House 10 is decorated with a cool island-inspired decor. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom features a walk-in closet and extends to its private terrace, while the guest bedroom opens through French doors onto the dining terrace.

The waters around Reeds House are perfect for snorkeling, and you might even catch glimpses of visiting turtles along the coastline as they search for the perfect nesting ground. If you are looking for the vibrant energy of the West Coast, with its hotspots, restaurants, and luxury shops, you can reach it with a short drive. One of these recommended restaurants is Fishpot.

Reeds House 10 promises a luxurious retreat where you can enjoy the natural wonders of the Barbadian coastline.

The Cook/Housekeeper will prepare up to 2 consecutive meals daily. In addition, she will keep the unit clean and wash your laundry.

No children under 12 years of age are allowed.

​This property rental DOES NOT permit the use of Riemann P20 Sunscreen, as it damages towels and fabrics.


Reeds House 10 is a beachfront holiday rental. It should be noted that beaches change their shape and size from day to day, week to week, and month to month, mainly as a response to seasonal waves, currents, and tides. Every effort has been made to depict the beach in front of this property, but temporary changes may occur.

Rental Notes

    Rental rates are subject to a 10% Government Accommodation Levy plus a 2.5% Service Fee.

    Minimum stay – 5 nights in Winter, 5 nights in Summer & 10 nights during the Christmas & New Year period.

    We have really enjoyed our stay here with the family who were in another apartment. It was very well fitted out with all the amenities we needed and convenient for transport to Holetown and Speightstown. We did not take advantage of the cook services as we ate with family. Lisa and Mark are really helpful and great to have met them.

    Another great stay at Reeds House, great location for west coast beaches and access to Holetown amd Speightown for dining. Staff at accommodation great especially our housekeeper Gillian who took care of all of our needs. Will definitely be back !
