Located on the first floor of this quiet condo complex, Reeds House 10 is a lovely two-bedroom condominium with understated luxury, a Mediterranean style vibe, and a perfectly private bay.

Accessed off the coast road via a cool coral stone foyer, the apartment has been finished to the highest standards and features an open plan design that draws the breath-taking ocean views into the rooms.

Fully air-conditioned throughout, guests can enjoy the spacious covered balcony and private plunge pool as they overlook the beautiful sparkling waters below or head on down to the beach where sun loungers and swaying coconut trees await.

Reeds House 10 is furnished with cool island-inspired decor and both bedrooms feature en suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and opens out to its own private terrace while the guest bedroom leads out through French doors onto the dining terrace.

The waters are great for snorkelling and many visiting turtles can be glimpsed as they make their way along the coastline looking for the perfect nesting ground. Golf, water sports, tennis, and a plethora of island excursions can easily be arranged by the on-site concierge and the busy hotspots, restaurants, and luxury shops of the West are only a short drive away.

The unit consists of three Apple TV’s with a library of DVDs (26 movies).

The Cook/Housekeeper will prepare up to 2 consecutivee meals daily. In addition, she will keep the unit clean and wash your personal laundry.

No children under 12 years of age are allowed.

It should be noted that beaches change their shape and size from day to day, week to week, and month to month, mainly as a response to seasonal waves, currents, and tides. Every effort has been made to depict the beach in front of this property, but temporary changes may occur.

    We have really enjoyed our stay here with the family who were in another apartment. It was very well fitted out with all the amenities we needed and convenient for transport to Holetown and Speightstown. We did not take advantage of the cook services as we ate with family. Lisa and Mark are really helpful and great to have met them.
