Royal Villa 7 is a well-maintained villa located in the world-renowned Royal Westmoreland Golf Estate. This villa comes complete with housekeeping, a dedicated villa manager, and 24-hour security. The development features, communal pools, a world championship 18-hole golf course, a clubhouse with a pro shop, tennis courts, a restaurant, and a bar.
Upon entering this split-level, fully detached villa, bedroom 3 is located to the right, whilst the remaining 2 bedrooms are located on the lower level via stairs on the left. At the entrance, guests will be led to the open-plan living/dining area, with the kitchen tucked away just behind. This area boasts high pickled tray ceilings, ceiling fans, and double doors that open onto a covered terrace allowing for constant cooling breezes. From the upper level, one will enjoy beautiful views over the pond, lush gardens, and the Caribbean Sea.
The spacious en-suite bedrooms are all air-conditioned and equipped with ceiling fans. The large master suite is located on the ground floor with a king-sized bed, tub, and shower and is equipped with flat-screen television and Apple TV. This bedroom has direct access to a sun terrace overlooking the resort’s tranquil pond and gardens. The second guest bedroom, also situated on the ground floor, includes twin beds, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and access to a recessed covered terrace for added privacy. This area leads right onto the Master bedroom’s shared sun terrace, enjoying the same views over landscaped gardens and a serene pond. The third bedroom, with a queen-sized bed, is located on the first floor and offers comfortable accommodation for guests.

Your rental of Royal Villa 7 includes housekeeping 3 days per week and offers ‘Social Membership’ at Royal Westmoreland. This includes access to the Royal Westmoreland Beach Club at Mullins Beach, which is only a short drive away.
Social Membership (Beach Club, Gym & Pool)
A rental property with Social Membership at Royal Westmoreland is ideal for those who prefer a lifestyle beyond golf, while still enjoying access to the resort’s exceptional amenities.
Social Members can take full advantage of a wide range of communal facilities, including the swimming pool, The Sanctuary, The Rum Shak, fitness centre, tennis, pickleball and padel courts, as well as the Beach Club and complimentary shuttle service.
Please note that golf is not included with Social Membership. However, limited access may be available through Visitor Golf (see below for details).
Visitor Golf
Guests staying in a villa without Golf Membership, including those with No Membership or Social Membership, are welcome to enjoy golf at Royal Westmoreland on a pay-to-play basis.
Tee times are available daily between 10:30am and 11:00am, offering a convenient opportunity to experience the course during your stay.
Please note that guests of a Social Membership villa are limited to 4 rounds of golf per person, per year.
Estate Amenity Fee – Effective May 1, 2026
From 1st May 2026, Royal Westmoreland Resort will introduce an amenity fee. At Royal Villa 7 that amounts to BDS$250 / US$125 per week, covering all occupants, for access to the resort’s facilities. This fee is payable directly to Royal Westmoreland when collecting Resort Passes.
Guests can decline access to the amenities and avoid the fee entirely. If paid, the fee provides full use of all facilities (subject to the property’s membership status) for the duration of the stay; partial access or select-day usage is not available.
Please note the fee is not pro-rated. For example, a 5-night stay at this holiday rental, the amenity fee would be BDS$250 / US$125. A 10-night stay at this property would incur a fee of BDS$500 / US$250.
The new fee applies to all guests on the property as of 1st May 2026, as well as those arriving from that date onward, including bookings made before the introduction of the fee.

We kindly ask guests not to use Riemann P20 sunscreen at the property. This product can cause permanent damage to towels, linens, and fabrics—often only visible after laundering. Guests are responsible for checking their sunscreen ingredients. Charges will apply for damaged items: up to US$50 per towel and up to US$300 per sheet or coverlet.
