Located on the second floor, this approximately 1700 sq. ft. unit also benefits from an additional private sun deck on the floor above. Complete with loungers and a jacuzzi to enjoy the sun and stars, this elevated position provides panoramic views of the Caribbean and wonderful sunsets. The spacious open-plan design, set east/west allows cool breezes to blow through the property if desired with ceiling fans throughout and air-conditioning in both bedrooms. The main living area opens onto the dining terrace via French doors whilst the kitchen is fully fitted with all necessary appliances for self-catering and with an adjacent utility room complete with a washer/dryer. The two double bedrooms, situated at either side of the property, provide complete privacy and each features built-in wardrobes with additional French doors to the dining terrace. Maid service is complimentary and provided on three days each week.

    Property is a secure resort complex but well designed to look like small intimate neighbourhoods. Good swimming pool just behind the property to accommodate the small neighbourhood; other swimming pools dotted around to serve their neighbourhoods, and one giant swimming pool with affinity pool at the main Reception/Club House. Property was large (2 bedrooms) lounge patio etc. Well appointed and very comfortable. Patio with dining chairs. Aircon and ceiling fans. Good kitchen and big American fridge freezer with ice machine. Good TV connectivity (Netflix etc) and excellent WiFi. Easy access to Holetown etc. Free secure parking. Couldn’t fault it.
