Sundown features five beautifully appointed, air-conditioned bedrooms designed for both comfort and style. Three upstairs suites open onto serene views of lush gardens, Mullins Bay, and the sea beyond. A fourth bedroom on the main level enjoys easy access to the pool and gardens, while the fifth is privately positioned on the lower level (not underground), perfect for additional guests or family members. Four bedrooms include en-suite bathrooms, and a fifth bathroom conveniently doubles as a guest washroom when needed.
The villa’s interior combines relaxed island living with modern convenience. Guests can enjoy large high-resolution TVs, a portable sound system, and high-speed fibre internet throughout. Outside, the spacious pool area invites long, sun-soaked days, complete with a refreshing outdoor shower and a shaded gazebo for alfresco dining. The gazebo’s eight-seater table and barbecue grill make it ideal for laid-back lunches or evening dinners under the stars.

This is an excellent option for a Barbados villa rental with friends or a family getaway. Your rental includes the services of a cook and housekeeper. All staff members work 6 days per week, excluding public holidays.
There are several restaurants within a short walk of the villa, plus Speightstown on the Barbados west Coast is only a 5-minute taxi or car ride away.
For all our Barbados holiday rentals we can arrange transfers from the airport for you, a car rental if required, and we can even arrange to have groceries at the villa for your arrival. All these services are payable locally once you are in Barbados.
We kindly ask guests not to use Riemann P20 sunscreen at the property. This product can cause permanent damage to towels, linens, and fabrics—often only visible after laundering. Guests are responsible for checking their sunscreen ingredients. Charges will apply for damaged items: up to USD $50 per towel and up to USD $300 per sheet or coverlet.
