The Fairways – Contemporary Luxury on Royal Westmoreland With Panoramic Ocean & Golf Course Views
Perched in an enviable position overlooking both the Caribbean Sea and the manicured greens below, The Fairways is a contemporary five-bedroom villa designed for effortless island living. Offering five and a half bathrooms, a private cottage suite, and expansive indoor–outdoor spaces, this is the perfect retreat for families, couples, or groups seeking refined comfort and complete relaxation.
Life at The Fairways centres around the stunning infinity pool, where loungers, umbrellas, and a chic covered lounge set the tone for slow, sun-soaked days. The adjoining alfresco dining terrace is ideal for casual lunches, lingering dinners, or simply enjoying the gentle breeze as you take in the sweeping views. With a Wolf gas BBQ, wine cooler, and overhead ceiling fans, outdoor living is as comfortable as it is inviting.
Inside the main house, a bright, open living room introduces a calm, modern aesthetic. An oversized sectional and 75-inch LG Smart TV create a welcoming space for movie nights or quiet downtime. The ultra-modern kitchen is a chef’s dream, anchored by a large island and fully equipped with premium appliances, including a Miele induction cooktop, double oven, wine fridge, coffee maker, and double-door refrigerator with ice maker. Whether you’re preparing a simple breakfast or hosting a relaxed dinner, the space is designed for effortless entertaining.
The villa features four beautifully appointed bedroom suites in the main house. The primary suite offers a U.S. king bed, serene pool views, a 57-inch LG Smart TV, and an elegant en-suite bathroom with a rain shower and double vanity. A second primary suite provides similar luxuries with its own king bed, pool views, and spacious en-suite. A twin suite overlooking the gardens offers two U.S. twin beds and an en-suite with both a tub and a rain shower, making it ideal for children or friends. The third guest suite features a king bed, peaceful garden views, and its own modern bathroom. A stylish powder room serves the shared living areas.
The detached cottage suite adds an extra layer of privacy, perfect for grandparents, friends, or a couple seeking their own space. Here, guests will enjoy a U.S. queen bed, tranquil ocean and golf-course views, a 44-inch LG TV, and a full en-suite bathroom with a rain shower. A convenient mini-kitchen with a microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and mini-fridge ensures easy mornings and late-night snacks.
Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, from the dedicated laundry room with washer and dryer to the gated entrance and on-site parking. Pool and beach towels are provided, and club membership unlocks an added layer of resort-style convenience during your stay.
Beautifully finished and intuitively designed, The Fairways is where elegance meets ease—an exceptional Barbados villa offering the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and unforgettable island views.
Your rental includes the services of a housekeeper/laundress service, 6 days per week plus full access to the Royal Westmoreland facilities, including the beach club at Royal Westmoreland, which is a short drive away.
Please note that although The Fairways is a 5 bedroom villa, it only allows a maximum of 8 guests, including children.
Estate Amenity Fee – Effective May 1, 2026
Starting May 1, 2026, Royal Westmoreland will introduce a daily amenity fee of BBD $20 (US$10) per person for all guests staying on the estate. This fee is payable directly to Royal Westmoreland upon collection of resort passes.
Guests who choose not to use the resort facilities (including the beach club) may opt out of the fee. Please note, however, that partial or selective day access is not available—the amenity fee must be paid in full for the duration of your stay to enjoy access.
Please note that children under 16 years old are exempt from the daily amenity fee.
Like all our Barbados property rentals, we kindly ask guests not to use Riemann P20 sunscreen. This product can cause permanent damage to towels, linens, and fabrics—often only visible after laundering. Guests are responsible for checking their sunscreen ingredients. Charges will apply for damaged items: up to USD $50 per towel and up to USD $300 per sheet or coverlet.
One of our restaurant recommendations, which is a short drive away, is The Lonestar Restaurant.
