Villa Rosa – Royal Westmoreland, Barbados
Perfectly positioned on prestigious Coronation Drive and bordering the renowned Royal Westmoreland Golf Course, Villa Rosa is a beautifully maintained four-bedroom family villa with sweeping views across the fairways to the Caribbean Sea. Set on half an acre of lush, landscaped gardens, the property offers exceptional privacy and a serene sense of seclusion. Its generous outdoor space is designed for relaxed island living, featuring an infinity-edge swimming pool set within a shell stone sun terrace and a spacious garden framed by mature tropical trees.
Enter through the charming courtyard into a traditional coral stone hallway that opens into a spectacular double-height dining area. A dramatic wraparound stone staircase leads to a shuttered gallery above, where wide windows and louvred shutters invite cooling easterly breezes and fill the home with natural light. Beyond the dining space, the elegant main sitting room flows seamlessly outdoors through doors on three sides, opening onto a covered terrace ideal for alfresco dining and lounging. The well-appointed kitchen sits just off the dining area and connects to a separate laundry room and drying yard.
Three of the four en-suite bedrooms are located on the ground floor. Two rear bedrooms feature French doors that open directly onto the terrace, creating easy indoor-outdoor living. The master suite occupies the upper level, offering breathtaking resort and sea views, along with a private balcony overlooking the sparkling pool below.
Throughout this Barbados villa, luxurious finishes and contemporary furnishings in soft, neutral tones create a refined yet welcoming atmosphere. Coral stone walls, shell stone terraces, and exposed pickled pine ceilings add an authentic Caribbean character that perfectly complements the home’s modern comforts.
Villa Rosa is an ideal retreat for families, combining a peaceful fairway setting with convenient access to resort amenities. A short golf cart ride brings you to the clubhouse, tennis courts, and communal pools. The vibrant town of Holetown — with its excellent shopping, dining, and entertainment — is just minutes away, and the nearest beach is only an eight-minute drive.

Estate Amenity Fee – Effective May 1, 2026
From 1st May 2026, Royal Westmoreland Resort will introduce an amenity fee. At Villa Rosa, that amounts to BDS$300 / US$150 per week, covering all occupants, for access to the resort’s facilities. This fee is payable directly to Royal Westmoreland when collecting Resort Passes.
Guests can decline access to the amenities and avoid the fee entirely. If paid, the fee provides full use of all facilities (subject to the property’s membership status) for the duration of the stay; partial access or select-day usage is not available.
Please note the fee is not pro-rated. For example, a 5-night stay at this holiday rental, the amenity fee would be BDS$300 / US$150. A 10-night stay at this property would incur a fee of BDS$600 / US$300.
The new fee applies to all guests on the property as of 1st May 2026, as well as those arriving from that date onward, including bookings made before the introduction of the fee.
Suncream
We kindly ask guests not to use Riemann P20 sunscreen at the property. This product can cause permanent damage to towels, linens, and fabrics—often only visible after laundering. Guests are responsible for checking their sunscreen ingredients. Charges will apply for damaged items: up to US$50 per towel and up to US$300 per sheet or coverlet.
One of our recommended restaurants, a short drive from Villa Rosa is The Sea Shed on Mullins Beach.
