Waterside 402 is a stylish and well-appointed one-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment that overlooks tropical gardens, a 40 metres long lap pool that holds 50,000 gallons of water (chemicals for this size of the pool is minimal) and the pristine beach of Paynes Bay on the West Coast of Barbados.

The decor’s restful driftwood, sand and sea palette draws attention to the sole purpose of this chic and spacious unit – relaxation. Splendid Caribbean Sea vistas can be enjoyed from the open-plan living/dining room and the intimate terrace – just the spot for aperitifs in the evening. French doors also link the patio to the air-conditioned master bedroom with a beautiful marble en-suite bathroom.

The tranquil Caribbean Sea is steps away from the shimmering resort lap pool with its expansive sun deck. Guests also have access via elevator to all of the floors, a gym on-site as well as secured, private parking underground. Waterside 402 is within walking distance of the illustrious Sandy Lane Hotel and some of the most superb dining on the island. Designer-brand shopping, other fine restaurants featuring a variety of cuisines, pulsating entertainment and business amenities are a short distance away in historic Holetown and its environs. For sports enthusiasts, everything from snorkelling in crystal waters to world-class golfing is available.  A short walk from Waterside 402 is QP Bistro, one of our recommended restaurants.

Waterside 402 rental DOES NOT permit the use of Riemann P20 Sunscreen, as it damages towels and fabrics.

Waterside 402 is a beachfront holiday rental. It should be noted that beaches change their shape and size from day to day, week to week and month to month, mainly as a response to seasonal waves, currents and tides. Every effort has been made to depict the beach in front of this property, but temporary changes may occur.

Like all our Barbados vacation rentals, smoking and/or vaping is not permitted indoors.

    The Apartment was beautiful well furnished and with everything you could possibly need. The outside space was wonderful with plenty of dining space and stunning views of the sea. The pool area was lovely and kept spotless. All the staff were happy and helpful and went out of their way to make the holiday special. The access to the beach directly outside the apartment would be difficult for children or elderly but a few feet to the right there is a small wooden bridge which gives access to the main beach where the sand and water are fabulous.

    This apartment is an convenient location for a Barbados vacation. It is ideally located on the West side of the Island which provides easy access to beaches, restaurants and activities. The apartment is nicely furnished with everything a person would need for an extended stay. The kitchen is well equipped to make meals or store beverages and snacks. The Veranda was my favorite feature with a nice lounger and table set. Perfect place to have breakfast with a great view while planning your day. Kerrie the P.M., was very responsive to any needs that may arise. She was very informative on what to do and where to go. Waterside #402 was like staying at a very nice hotel without the crowds. I would highly recommend the place for any Barbados vacation.

    My daughter and I were incredibly impressed with our condo at Waterside 402! Unlike surrounding hotels, our lovely apartment was exceedingly quiet and private. Shakelia was very prompt in answering whenever we had questions, and the security guards were always helpful when summoning cabs for us. All in all, staying at Waterside was a delightful experience!!!
